The Château's superb location allows you to walk or ride one of our provided town bikes to the downtown Paonia's library, post office, banks, cafes, bookstore, movie theatre, art galleries, public radio station or to our weekly summertime Farmer's Market.

Formerly a duplex for coal mining families, the Château has undergone many renovations since it was built in 1938. In its current incarnation, the Château is a tastefully decorated and cheery one family house.
